Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind or personal preference.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, all jewellery purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

We take great care in quality checks, but in the rare case you receive the following:

  • A damaged product, or

  • A wrong item

 

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To process your request:

  1. Share an unboxing video (mandatory)

  2. Provide clear images of the product

 

Our team will review and assist you with a replacement (if approved)

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible

Additional Information

  1. All pieces are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of their uniqueness

  2. Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings

  3. Customised or made-to-order jewellery is non-cancellable and non-refundable

  4. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors. 

  5. Our team will verify the request

  6. Exchange/replacement will be processed
