Returns
• We accept returns only in case of a damaged or defective product.
• To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
• Currently, we do not offer exchanges for design preferences or change of mind.
